And this is not a deal breaker either way, but it’s vital to understand so that you get the full picture!
In San Francisco, there can be a lot more to a home than what you see during a showing.
And this is exactly why I tell buyers: don’t just fall in love with the house. Understand the house.
Permits, plans, disclosures and property history can all tell you a very different story.
It’s not the most glamorous part of buying a home, but it can be one of the most important.
